I The manufacturing process begins with the selection of green coffee bean plantations. The taste of coffee varies depending on the country of origin. Focusing on taste, but also on quality and repeatability, we import seeds only from proven plantations.
Once green coffee beans arrive at our roasting plant, the sorting process begins. Beans are checked for size, moisture and contamination. This is done to make sure that coffee you purchase has repeatable quality. At the same time, we make sure that no unwanted pebble destroys the burrs of your grinder.
Roasting is a crucial process. For this purpose, we utilize a roasting machine by a German company, which is the world’s leading manufacturer of this type of equipment. The artisanal approach to manufacturing coffee also means it must always be fresh. We roast each coffee blend at regular intervals, to make sure you always receive the most exquisite, freshly roasted coffee beans.
At the end of the roasting process, our beans undergo thorough testing to assess if we have achieved the desired effect. Beans that aren’t 100% up to par are removed. We supervise the product quality at every stage: from the initial evaluation of fresh beans, through the roasting stage, to the final packaging. Just like with chocolate, the most important element in our approach to coffee is quality control.
