Cherry Chocolate
Sweet – fruity note of filling based on white chocolate and cherry puree hidden in milk chocolate, topped with a touch of white chocolate.
Ingredients: dark chocolate (32 %) (cocoa mass; sugar; cocoa butter; emulsifier: lecithins (SOYA); natural vanilla flavouring); white chocolate (26 %) (sugar; cocoa butter; whole MILK powder; emulsifier: lecithins (SOYA); natural vanilla flavouring); caramelized sugar (sugar; glucose syrup); CREAM; cherry puree (12 %) (cherries; sugar); BUTTER; emulsifier: glycerol; freeze-dried cherry (0.6 %); vanilla flavouring; natural lemon flavouring. Dark chocolate: cocoa solids: 54.1 % minimum.
