1. After exploring our product range, please send us an e-mail at info@karmello.pl with the following information:
a) the name(s) of the selected product(s),
b) the quantity of ordered products (the ones you have selected),
c) the expected order completion date,
d) specify if you want to collect the order from our warehouse in Czechowice-Dziedzice or have it delivered by a courier to the indicated address,
e) in case of courier delivery, please, provide the exact address, contact person and contact number, and provide the contact number necessary for the forwarding company to deliver the shipment. For orders with more than one address, the Customer needs to prepare a mailing list according to the guidelines received from customer service,
f) company details, including NIP (tax identification number), if you wish to receive a VAT invoice. If we do not receive the above details for invoicing, we will issue a standard receipt. In accordance with the amendment to the VAT Act from 1 January 2020, it is now impossible to issue an invoice to a receipt at a later date,
g) for customized products, send graphics files in the appropriate format:
- .png for images to be printed /imprinted on chocolates
- .pdf for images to be printed packaging
- vector graphics format for labels
- .pdf for customized bands.
2. Upon receiving the order, Karmello will confirm via an e-mail message that we are ready to process the order and arrange the fastest possible time of its completion. Upon acceptance by both parties of all the details related to processing of the order, Karmello will issue a pro-forma invoice, requesting payment. Non-business customers will be sent a calculation along with Karmello’s bank account number.
3. The order will be processed when the payment has been credited to Karmello’s account.
4. Once the order has been placed and paid (which means you have accepted all the arrangements and details), it is impossible to make changes to the order.
