Ginger Strawberry Truffles
Opposite flavors composed in a perfectly harmonious combination: the sweetness of milk chocolate, the sour note of strawberry mousse and the sharpness of ground ginger. The whole is topped with milk chocolate and ruby pink chocolate shavings.

CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE WITH STRAWBERRY AND GINGER FILLING (45 %)
Ingredients: milk chocolate (56.5 %) (sugar; cocoa butter; whole MILK powder; cocoa mass; emulsifier: lecithins (SOYA); natural vanilla flavouring); strawberry puree (19 %); ruby chocolate (sugar; cocoa butter; whole MILK powder; cocoa mass; emulsifier: lecithins (SOYA); acid: citric acid; natural vanilla flavouring); sugar; gelling sugar (sugar; gelling agent: pectins; acidity regulator: citric acid; preservative: sorbic acid); emulsifier: glycerol; ground ginger (0.6 %). Milk chocolate: cocoa solids: 33.5 % minimum. Ruby chocolate: cocoa solids: 40.3 % minimum.
