Ingredients: mascarpone cream cheese (pasteurised CREAM; acidity regulator: E330); powdered sugar; sugar; ALMOND flour (13.5 %); liquid, pasteurized egg white (EGG white; acidity regulator: lactic acid; thickener: xanthan gum; stabilizer: aluminum sulphate); gingerbread paste (10 %) [crushed spicy biscuits (WHEAT flour; candy sugar; vegetable oils and fats (palm, canola, water, salt, lemon juice); raw cane sugar; invert sugar syrup; raising agent: E500; cinnamon; nutmeg); sugar; vegetable oils (palm, canola) emulsifier: lecithins]; white chocolate (sugar; cocoa butter; whole MILK powder; emulsifier: lecithins (SOYA); natural vanilla flavouring); fat-reduced cocoa powder.
