Financiers are delicate cookies with a unique consistency and aroma. The secret of their excellent taste is perfect baking, thanks to which the cookies are soft, fluffy and moist on the inside, and at the same time delicate and crispy on the outside. Unlike classic wheat baked goods, Finanseki are baked from almond, pistachio or hazelnut flour. Our Financiers are wrapped in the finest Belgian chocolate and topped with carefully selected nuts and freeze-dried fruit.
