The history of these delicious sweets dates back to the 17th century. In 1679, the head chef at the court of Marshal du Plessis-Praslin while preparing tea for officials at a gathering of the Imperial Diet, inadvertently dropped some almonds into liquid chocolate. This is how the first pralines were made, later named in honour of the marshal. The subtle and surprising combination of excellent chocolate and flavoured fillings will allow you to enjoy every moment spent in the company of our pralines.
